Cancellation Policy
Deposit for Parties A $100 refundable deposit is required to secure your party date and time. Your reservation is officially confirmed once the deposit is received. Final Payment The remaining balance must be paid in full at least 7 days prior to your scheduled party to hold your booking. Cancellations & Refunds Once your final payment is submitted (within 7 days of your event), all payments become non-refundable. At that point, we are unable to offer cancellations, refunds, or rescheduling. Thank you for understanding and helping us create an amazing experience just for you.
